Conceived in 1985 and officially established in 1986 as Cherub Learning Center with just 17 Kinder students, OLLC has grown into a comprehensive educational institution serving students from Pre-K through College.

Through the dedicated leadership of the Demetillo family—Dr. Adelia C. Demetillo (Directress) and Dr. Emelita Demetillo-Liwanag (President)—OLLC has remained committed to its founding mission: providing quality education grounded in Truth, Commitment, and Excellence.

Our thousands of alumni have gone on to successful careers as teachers, accountants, business leaders, engineers, healthcare professionals, and community servants. They carry forward the OLLC legacy in their workplaces, families, and communities.
